Zwischen 2001 und 2006 erzielte Harald Slauschek bei zahlreichen renommierten nationalen und internationalen Unterwasserfotowettbewerben \u00fcber 80 Top-Ten-Platzierungen sowie eine Vielzahl bedeutender Auszeichnungen, darunter auch eine Auszeichnung (\u201eHighly Commended\u201c) beim \u201eWildlife Photographer of the Year\u201c (ehemals BBC).

Nach einer mehrj\u00e4hrigen Wettbewerbspause erreichte er bei der CMAS Unterwasserfoto-Weltmeisterschaft 2011 einen 5. Platz in der K\u00f6nigsdisziplin \u201eWeitwinkel mit Taucher\u201c und verpasste einen Medaillenrang nur knapp.

2012 wurde Harald Slauschek in die \u201eHall of Fame\u201c des TSV\u00d6 (Tauchsportverband \u00d6sterreichs) aufgenommen.

Seit 2012 nimmt Harald Slauschek bewusst nicht mehr an Wettbewerben im Bereich der Unterwasserfotografie teil. Seither liegt der Fokus seiner fotografischen T\u00e4tigkeit auf ausgew\u00e4hlten Projekten sowie auf spezialisierten Fotoarbeiten unter und \u00fcber Wasser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
